Description of Position
We are looking for a 3D measurement technician – quality assurance technician to start immediately for a position based throughout Germany.
The position's responsibilities include:
- Development of measurement strategies according to technological and economic factors
- Production of CNC programs on 3D coordinate measurement systems (stationary and mobile)
- Interpreting and appraisal of measurement results
- Optimization of existing measurement programs
- Development of initial sample test reports according to specific customer requirements
- Administration and calibration of testing equipment
- Support of the continuous improvement process
Required:
- At least a completed technician training program, further technical or master craftsman qualifications are preferred
- Additional training in the field of quality assurance / quality management
- Relevant experience in the named fields, in particular in regards to experience with conventional and 3D coordinate measurement technology
- Confident abilities in regards to working with illustrations
- Strong ability for complex and spatial thinking
- Good computing abilities (MS Office)
- Possibly the willingness to travel
